Price per person can go from 30€/night to 328€/night according to the availability of the hotel rooms.

If you need a hotel room, you may choose one of our hotel with discounted prices. If so, please send us your details:

• Check-in date
• Check out date
• 1/ 2 / 3 / 4 persons per room

We will contact you with our NGEF - IUM special rates. You will be able to pay directly the hotel or NGEF.
As soon as you have made your payment, you will automatically receive your room confirmation with all the hotel details.

Please note that in specific cases, the announced prices may change: i.e., if you would like to be in a single room, there may be an extra cost according to the availability and rates of the hotel.

However, if you prefer to book your room by yourself, please note that there are other hotels to choose between though no special rates have been arranged. Travel agencies and alike don't receive the special rates negotiated by the NGEF staff.
