David is a Managing Consultant, with strong emphasis on programme delivery, including best value, outsourcing and cost reduction.

He graduated with MA (Management) before embarking on a career in policing. After a short time, he graduated with an MSc in Business IT, and embarked on a management consulting career, working with large multinational and government clients. In 2006, David completed an MBA, and founded Norris Consulting, a bespoke and high end consultancy business, delivering outsourcing, programme leadership and coaching.

Norris Consulting has an enviable track record in advising clients from the transport, government, utility and health industries. Since 2006, clients have consistently referred to the integrity of Norris Consulting and the way it conducts its business. As a result of that client feedback and research, David has launched a new service offering, Ethics Management, focusing on assuring organisations, programmes and decisions from a business ethics perspective. The last ten years have demonstrated often catastrophic consequences of unethical business activity, and David sees integrity as a key component of any entrepreneurial activity that pays dividends in the long term, both for the established and burgeoning entrepreneurs of today and the future.

David has been married to his wife Donna for 13 years, and they have six children.
