Franco Quillico received an MS Summa Cum Laude in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan, in 1979. In 1984 he graduated with a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he was awarded the Beta Gamma Sigma Scholarship Award for achieving the highest academic performance in the M.B.A. class. After an experience in industry, his professional career has been in strategy consulting, with McKinsey and Bain, and in investment banking, with Salomon Brothers. Since 1993 he is Managing Partner of Andromeda Consulting, an advisory firm based in the Principality of Monaco.
Mr. Quillico has advised clients in various industries: oil & gas, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, banking, information services, computers, chemicals, real estate, construction materials, machine tools, automotive, railroad, utilities, air courier, textiles, printing, food processing, fast food, entertainment; and in different countries: Italy, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Monaco, Switzerland, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States. Franco Quillico is Professor of Mergers & Acquisitions at the International University of Monaco (where, in June 2006, he received the "IUM Outreach Award" for excellence in teaching which was presented to him by Prince Albert II of Monaco); Professor of Finance and Strategy at MIP, the School of Management of the Polytechnic of Milan; and visiting lecturer at the Wharton School. Franco is Vice-Chair of the Côte d’Azur – Monaco Chapter of the American Chamber of Commerce in France. |
